Learn how to make beverages that support your gut health. Beverages include kombucha, water kefir and yoghurt kefir.
This workshop will look at your fridge, pantry and what’s growing in your garden, and bring that together with local, seasonal produce. Traditional Australian botanicals are also incorporated, with cultural reverence, to create a series of hands-on, relevant and practical recipes for everyday use.
These workshops meet Teacher Registration requirements and AITSL standards. Certificate & tax invoice issued on completion of workshops.
