Epicure Training Restaurant in conjunction with Prepare Produce Provide proudly present a series of three masterclasses at the South Regional TAFE Bunbury Campus as satellite events supporting Djinda Ngardak. Classes will be held in the evenings of Monday 25th - Wednesday 27th November from 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Djinda Ngardak offers 25 First Nations youth the opportunity to shine a light on First Nations Culture and connection to land and food. This program features the best chefs and industry professionals in a range of activities supported by local Elders and custodians.

Welcome to Connecting Culture, an event that’s more than a workshop; it's a gathering of minds that gives you a chance to learn from Elders, educators, youth and industry experts to deepen your understanding of Aboriginal culture and how to bring these insights into your work practices.

Djinda Ngardak 2024 is a week-long event from 25 - 30th November 2024 for Aboriginal students and their teachers.
Joining us on this journey will be Celebrity Master Chef Mindy Woods, proud Bundjalung woman of the Widjabul Wia-bul clan.

A celebration of culture through food, showcasing the culinary talents of Aboriginal youth in the Djinda Ngardak Culinary Program
Join us for the 2024 Goomburrup Djinda Ngardak Gala Dinner. The Gala Dinner is the celebration of the culinary journey where students work alongside local custodians, elders and some of Australia’s top chefs to develop a unique dining experience with First-Nations inspired dishes highlighting South West regional produce and seasonal native ingredients.
