Epicure Training Restaurant in conjunction with Prepare Produce Provide proudly present a series of three masterclasses at the South Regional TAFE Bunbury Campus as satellite events supporting Djinda Ngardak.
Djinda Ngardak offers 25 First Nations youth the opportunity to shine a light on First Nations Culture and connection to land and food. This program features the best chefs and industry professionals in a range of activities supported by local Elders and custodians.
Masterclass 01
Join Melissa Palinkas, chef and co-owner Fremantle’s Young George, and its sister venue Ethos Deli & Dining Room, along with Head Chef Tanya Healy from Prepare Produce Provide as they share their commitment to sustainable sourcing of ingredients and reducing waste in the kitchen.
Recently featured in August edition of Delicious Magazine, Melissa will be showcasing local ingredients and sharing tips and tricks that help make your ingredients go further.
Chef Tanya Healy will be delighting us all with her delicious desert creation that will leave you wanting more!
Masterclass includes tastes, talk and a glass of wine from Barrecas Winery. Drinks are available for purchase on the night.

Join Chef Paul “Yoda” Iskov of Fervor for a masterclass on cooking with native ingredients and connecting food to the land we live on.
Paul Iskov, known affectionately around Western Australia and beyond as “Yoda,” is Head Chef and owner of Fervor, a roving dining experience.
Yoda will be bringing his unique style of cooking using local native food, to connect guests to the food on their plate to the country they walk on.
Come and join Yoda and experience a masterclass of culinary awareness as he shows us what we can do with food from our backyard.

Join this powerhouse of proud Indigenous women to yarn about the native foods of the East and West and the songlines that connect this beautiful country of ours.
Byron Bay Chef and restaurateur Mindy Woods a Bundjalung woman of the Widjabul Wia bul clan, along with Dale Tilbrook A Wardandi Bibbulmun Elder and Brittney Hills-Pearse from the Ballardong Mob will be exciting our palates and minds with their knowledge and skills of Bushtucker food that we can incorporate into everyday cooking.
Don’t miss out on hearing these passionate women’s stories and tasting the unique foods of our nation.
