Since 2017, Djinda Ngardak has invited First Nations youth from across Western Australia to come together in a shared journey of culinary learning and connection to culture.
Guided by Australia’s top chefs, students strengthen their connection to Country, deepen their knowledge of native ingredients and learn to create dishes that honour tradition, embrace innovation and celebrate their culture.
Djinda Ngardak celebrates the richness of First Nations heritage, empowering the next generation to realise their potential and to carry forward their stories and skills with pride.
